Air-Operated Double Diaphragm Pump - Installation and Cleaning


Please operate strictly according to the following instructions:

  1. Close all ball valves and connect the air source.

  2. Place the suction tube and return tube into the paint bucket.

  3. Put the cleaning thinner (solvent) into the bucket.

  4. Open the ball valve of the air source.

  5. Close the return ball valve.

  6. The pump operates normally to draw in the thinner, which then flows out through the return tube.

  7. Ensure that the air inside the pump has been completely discharged through the return tube.

  8. Take the suction tube out of the paint bucket to draw in air.

  9. Ensure that the thinner inside the pump has been completely discharged through the return tube.

  10. Installation and cleaning are complete.
